This is the third annual event to promote community support for bicycling and open space conservation. The first two years were a huge success and we are expecting a much larger turn-out this year. We are expecting 500-1,000 participants this year. The event is being advertised statewide through bicycle clubs, Active.com, area newspapers, the Arizona Department of Tourism and the event web site, as well as in press releases to local television and radio stations as we reach November.

All net proceeds from the event will go to support F.O.R.C.E. (Friends of Recreation, Conservation and the Environment), a joint effort between the Town of Cave Creek and the Desert Foothills Land Trust to protect over 4,000 acres of pristine Sonoran Desert.

Black Mountain

Extra large logo placement on t-shirts, brochures, advertisements, event banners, and web site logo and link;
Extra large logo on advertisement sheet included in "Goodie" bag;
Ability to place promotional items in bag;
Opportunity for prominent location of promotional booth in the Vendor Fair at Frontier Town;
Only 8 Black Mountain sponsorships available. Cost $800

Continental Mountain

Large logo placement on t-shirt,brochure, advertisement, web site with link;
Ability to place promotional items in Goodie bag;
Large logo on advertisement sheet included in bag;
Opportunity for promotional booth at the vendor Fair;

Elephant Butte

We are currently seeking applications from vendors who would like to represent their products or services at the 2011 Cave Creek Bicycle Festival. We especially encourage vendors of products or services that promote a "healthy lifestyle".
