This festival is entirely run by volunteers! There are no paid festival event staff. All of the proceeds go directly to protecting pristine Sonoran Desert so that future generations can enjoy the splendor of our unique region.

Volunteers are critical to the success of this great event. We had nearly 90 dedicated volunteers last year who generously gave of their time and talents to make the inaugural event safe and memorable. We anticipate that we will need at least 100 volunteers this year due to added event like the Kid's Kriterium and the Alley Cat Race.
